As concerns the exterior design of the building a modern appearance is to be acquired by an appropriate segmentation of the windows and the surface of the walls. Stone facing, two-color mineral pargeting and parapets worked out in detail will be implemented on the outer side.

The construction is monolithic, with a supporting structure of reinforced concrete columns, beams, discs and slabs. The walls will be heat-insulated and constructed from brick blocks. The roof is sloping, constructed of reinforced concrete, covered with bituminous tiles and is also heat-, hydro- and steam insulated.
