Formsintez Ltd. is founded in 1996 entirely with private capital. The main activity of the company is engineering in the field of house building and public works. For the time now the company has realized the projects and construction of private and multi-use buildings.

New buildings – housing constriction at 1 Simeonovo Str., Lozenetz district; at 13 Zlatovruh Str., Lozenetz district; at Narodno Horo Str., Ovcha Kupel district; at Belovodski Put Str., Boyana district; at Tzvetan Radoslavov Str., the area of Slatina; at 54 Haidushka Gora Str.; at 44 Otetz Paisii Str. /under construction/.

Remedial work – European Research Centre, 52 G. M. Dimitrov Blvd, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Cardiology Clinic of St. Anna Hospital, offices of “Komtra” – Bulgaria, offices of NOAK – Bulgaria and many other sites: i.e. bingo halls, places of public resort, shops, trade complexes, etc.
